Should you nevertheless be unable to attend at short notice, please cancel your booking with Montafon Tourism, tel. +43 50 6686 or [email protected], so that someone else can take your place. Our walks are led by qualified Montafon walking guides. Refunds in the event of cancellation by the customer: Cancellations are free of charge only up until 5.00 pm on the day before. For later cancellations, the amount paid will only be refunded if a medical certificate is provided. Important note: A firm booking must be made online by 5.00 pm on the day before at the latest. The hiking bus will run provided there are at least 8 people registered. If this minimum number is not reached, the trip will not take place. In this case, those who have already registered will, of course, be informed. |

The upper Silbertal valley, home to the Verwall European Nature Reserve, is one of the most unspoilt natural areas in the Montafon. The hiking bus takes you comfortably to the Untere Gaflunaalpe, where you can start your hike right in the heart of the stunning mountain landscape. This leaves you more time to discover the natural gems of the upper Silbertal valley at your own pace.
Meeting point: Silbertal town centre by the SPAR; departure at 08:30 every Tuesday and Friday (you’ll be given details of the return journey on the way there)
Arrival: Why not leave your car behind? The Silbertal is easily accessible by public transport (vmobil.at). If you’re travelling in your own car, you can park at the valley station of the Montafon Kristbergbahn. Please note that parking there is subject to a charge.
