Our walks are led by qualified Montafon walking guides. Refunds in the event of cancellation by the customer: Cancellations are free of charge only up until 5.00 pm on the day before the event. For later cancellations, the amount paid will only be refunded if a medical certificate is provided. Important note: A firm booking must be made online by 5.00 pm on the day before at the latest. The hiking bus will run provided there are at least 8 people registered. If this minimum number is not reached, the trip will not take place. In this case, those who have already registered will, of course, be informed. |

The Upper Silbertal valley, home to the Verwall European Nature Reserve, is one of the Montafon’s most unspoilt natural areas. As many of these spots can only be reached on foot as part of a long day’s hike, the Silbertal hiking bus offers a convenient way to make the return journey. This allows you to tailor your hike through the stunning mountain landscape to suit your own preferences and discover the natural gems of the Upper Silbertal at your own pace.
Meeting point: Untere Gaflunaalpe between 4.00 pm and 5.00 pm (the exact departure time will be announced on the day)
Arrival: Why not leave your car behind? The Silbertal is easily accessible by public transport (vmobil.at). If you’re travelling by car, you can park at the valley station of the Montafon Kristbergbahn. Please note that parking there is subject to a charge. From there, you’ll walk to the Untere Gaflunaalpe. Alternatively, you can book the outward journey on the hiking bus as an additional service.
